Accounts Team Leader (Qualified Accounting Technician)Location: Antrim AreaContract: Full-time Permanent Office-basedSalary: £dependent on experienceReed is partnered with an established and growing business in the Antrim area who operate within the construction sector in the appointment of an experienced Accounts Team Leader to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis.The successful Accounts Team Leader will report to the Financial Controller and will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing, strong controls, and efficient accounting procedures across a busy finance teamDay-to-day of the role:Oversee the daily operation of the accounts function, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.Match purchase invoices against purchase orders, review costings, and produce weekly invoice register reports.Complete supplier reconciliations, resolve queries, and ensure invoices are properly authorised in line with internal procedures.Match subcontractor invoices to subcontracts and maintain compliance with CIS and RCT requirements.Liaise with commercial teams and subcontractors to resolve payment discrepancies and related queries.Support weekly subcontractor payments and monthly multi-currency supplier payment runs across multiple entities.Assist with contract sales ledger tasks, including issuing invoices and supporting prompt payment collection.Help set up new contracts within the ERP system and maintain accurate financial ..... full job details .....
