We are partnering with a supportive, welcoming and inclusive school in Watford that is seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers and other support staff to support pupils'' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:
* Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Observe and monitor pupils'' progress and share feedback with teachers.
* Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.

For this role, you will have:
* Previous experience working in a school or supporting children with SEND.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
* The ability to commute to Watford or live locally.
