Hays Education are working with a specialist SEN college in Coventry to recruit caring, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support students aged 16-25 with a range of additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people, helping them to develop independence, communication skills and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
