Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Northampton Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Northampton Tradewind Recruitment Full-Time September Start Northampton Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partner schools in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or a recently qualified Level 2 TA who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality support both inside and outside the classroom. You will provide targeted interventions, support small-group learning and, where required, offer 1:1 assistance to pupils who may need additional support. The successful candidate will be confident building positive relationships with students, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a proactive approach to supporting learning.
