4Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide practical and professional employee relations support to managers across a range of HR matters.The client requires an experienced HR professional who can quickly pick up a busy casework portfolio, provide confident advice to managers, and support the resolution of employee relations matters from start to finish.The role is hybrid worked i.e. 3 days office, 2 days at home once the person is fully trained.Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability, probation and conduct matters.Provide timely and accurate HR advice to managers, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures.Support managers throughout the full case management process, including preparing documentation, correspondence and reports.Attend formal meetings and hearings to provide procedural guidance and HR advice.Interpret and apply HR policies consistently and fairly.Advise on terms and conditions of employment and general workforce-related queries.Maintain accurate case records and utilise HR systems to support case management and reporting.Build effective working relationships with managers, employees and trade union representatives.Ensure all casework is handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements.
