to lead its busy and well-structured property litigation team.Clients include household name retailers, leisure operators, estate agents, and financial institutions.The Role

You will take full responsibility for the department—including leadership of senior and junior associates as well as trainees—reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Litigation. The team’s work is broad and intellectually engaging, acting for landlords, tenants, investors, and developers alike.Matters handled include:Strategic support for developers on vacant possession, restrictive covenants, and rights to lightLarge-scale portfolio management: lease renewals (contested/uncontested), dilapidations, service charge disputes, break noticesDay-to-day commercial landlord and tenant issues such as alterations, assignments, and lease management disputesThe Ideal Candidate
