You''ll play a hands:on role within a dynamic and growing team, working across a wide range of disputes for a diverse and high:profile client baseYou will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Lease renewals, Possession claims, Trespass/squatter claims and injunctions, Rent arrears and Boundary and rights of way issuesYou will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.Qualifications

Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience in this area of law.Experience of long leashold residential property disputes is essential.Ideally experience of Building Services Act work would be beneficial.You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.Remuneration and Benefits
