Responsibilities

Lead on significant property dispute cases and provide strategic direction for complex matters.Develop and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team.Shape and contribute to business development initiatives and opportunities.Handle a broad spectrum of property disputes, including:Landlord and tenant litigation (lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent recovery, service charge disputes)Investment and development-related disputesRights to light, restrictive covenants and land registration issuesProperty-related insolvencyNiche areas such as telecommunications, judicial review, and agricultural lawClients include household names across retail, leisure, development, and the public sector, as well as investment landlords, developers, and local authorities. The team is recognised nationally for its strategic, commercially focused advice and for resolving even the most challenging disputes.You will be joining one of the largest and most experienced Property Litigation practices in the UK, known for its market profile, high-quality client base, and supportive culture.
