A leading multinational technical facilities management company is seeking an experienced Projects Health and Safety Manager to join its Operations and Projects team. The role will provide Health and Safety support across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the North and Birmingham, making candidates based within easy reach of the M6 corridor particularly well suited. Operating across the energy, engineering and facilities services sectors, the business delivers innovative energy solutions and supports clients in reducing carbon emissions through the adoption of low-carbon technologies. Key Responsibilities Ensure project procedures comply with health and safety legislation, industry standards and company policies. Monitor health and safety performance across engineering, energy and facilities management projects. Provide expert health and safety advice and support to project and operational teams. Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Oversee the safe management of subcontractors and project activities. Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing preventative measures. Prepare and present health and safety reports and performance data to senior management. Deliver health and safety inductions, training and awareness programmes. Support project teams in achieving health and safety objectives while promoting best practice.
