Working closely with senior leaders, you''ll take the lead on all Health, Safety and Environmental matters, helping to ensure the business remains compliant while creating a positive and proactive safety culture.

• Leading the site''s Health, Safety and Environmental strategy and day-to-day activities.
• Maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Working with managers and employees to embed a positive safety culture.
• Providing practical advice and guidance across the business.
• Delivering engaging training, coaching and support to colleagues at all levels.
• Monitoring compliance with legislation and best practice, including PUWER, LOTO and related requirements.
• Leading audits, inspections, investigations and improvement initiatives.
• Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve HSE objectives and drive business improvement.

• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, logistics or a similar operational environment.
• NEBOSH Certificate qualification.
• A hands-on and approachable style with excellent people skills.
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and influencing positive change.
• The ability to engage colleagues at all levels, from the shop floor through to senior management.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
