We''re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Health & Safety Manager to shape safety standards within a manufacturing environment.

As Health and Safety Manager you''ll turn policy into practical action, working with teams to tackle risks, strengthen safe working practices and make continuous improvements. From investigating incidents to coaching managers, you''ll bring clear advice and a visible presence across the operation.

What you''ll bring as Health and Safety Manager:

• Health and safety experience within manufacturing or engineering is essenial

• NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum.

• Strong knowledge of UK H&S requirements and experience with ISO 45001.

• The confidence to influence people and drive improvements.

• Experience with environmental management and auditing would also be an advantage.
