The menu at The Coach House Deli changes daily but always features fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which are picked that very morning from our kitchen gardens.As part of our Culinary Department, you''ll be joining as our Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.You will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, often sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers.Who you are:Proven experience in a similar role within a 5 luxury company is desirableExcellent time management skills and able to work to deadlineAttention to detail, efficient and responsibleAbility to work as part of a team and individuallyA genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this fieldSalary: 30,000 per annum plus troncShift Pattern:This position will consist of 40 hours per week.
