We are looking for a friendly, organised and hardworking Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play an important part in supporting our clients, candidates and day-to-day operations. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same! What you''ll be doing: Sourcing and registering candidates for a range of temporary and permanent roles. Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications. Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, availability and suitability for roles. Supporting the recruitment team with general administration and day-to-day business tasks. Helping to maintain candidate records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date. Providing general support to clients and temporary workers. Taking part in our out-of-hours On-Call rota, helping to support workers and clients outside normal office hours.
