This will be working from a well established hospital to home service, supporting patients and their families receive the best customer service possible. Given the nature, you need to prepared that you may have to have some difficult coversations with patients or their families. This means that this person needs to be resiliant, empathetic and caring. The team works in an open plan office within a modern building. There is a 3-month training program overseen by our team trainer. Pay rate Monday - Friday: between 08:00 - 20:00. Most shifts are 08:00-16:30 and 09:00-17:30.
