Operations Director Job in Dorset - FMCG Sector Dovetail Recruitment are proud to be working with an FMCG business in Dorset who are looking for a new Operations Director to join their evolving business. This is a strategic, hands on role that covers logistics, supply chain, SandOP, warehousing, operations and facilities. You will report to and partner with the COO, have two direct reports, and a team of people under them. Experience within FMCG is essential for this role and non-negotiable. The Operations Director will be a present and transparent person who is able to bring about positive change, efficiency, and align to business strategy and continued MandAs. This is not a delegation role, but a hands on, partnering position, where you will be on the front line of every day decision making, and strategic implementations. The core business needs to continue to be capable of supporting rapid growth across global markets and the Operations Director is a very key part in this. Key Responsibilities: Oversee global supply chain performance, SandOP, logistics and facilities management, delivering continuous improvement and leading on operations for MandAs.
