We are recruiting a Planned Works Supervisor for an established housing provider in Nottinghamshire, supporting the delivery of planned maintenance and property improvement programmes across social housing properties! As a Planned Works Supervisor, you will oversee planned works from commencement through to completion, managing contractors and operatives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will carry out site inspections, monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure works comply with relevant health and safety requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Planned Works Supervisor with a strong background in social housing to join an established organisation, overseeing property improvement works and ensuring residents receive a high-quality service.
