They are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Manager to lead a key programme of work focused on strengthening safer recruitment and compliance practices across their schools.This is more than an audit role.You will review existing Single Central Records and compliance processes, identify areas for improvement, evaluate system options, build a business case for change, oversee implementation and equip school teams with the knowledge and confidence to maintain best practice moving forward.Duties will include: Auditing Single Central Records across a portfolio of schoolsIdentifying compliance risks, trends and opportunities for improvementReviewing current systems and processesLeading the selection of a consistent SCR platformDeveloping implementation plans and supporting roll-outDelivering training and guidance to school administration and people teamsSupporting compliance across safer recruitment, statutory ..... full job details .....
