We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the definition and delivery of key projects and programmes across the business. They are looking for candidates who have worked within engineering, infrastructure or construction companies previously. This is a broad role sitting between business stakeholders, technology teams and the PMO, helping turn strategic objectives into clear, deliverable requirements. Map and improve business processes across operational, technology and compliance initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business capabilities, challenges and desired outcomes. Support the definition and mobilisation of projects and programmes within IT and the wider business. Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, governance and regulatory requirements. Support business cases, benefits realisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
