Organisations use it to run performance reviews and check-ins, set objectives, gather 360 feedback and recognise good work. You will work across the whole product: researching and prototyping new features, refining the prompts behind our AI features, managing day-to-day delivery and helping clients with technical questions. We are an AI-first product team. We use AI agents every day to dig into code, data and logs, build prototypes, and write specs and documentation. You don''t need to be a developer, but you''ll need enough technical understanding to know which question to ask, where the answer lives, and how to check what you find.
