Top Tier Law Firm Birmingham, London or Manchester Hybrid Working An excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm as an Employment Associate or Senior Associate, multiple roles are available across offices in Birmingham, London and Manchester. You will join a highly regarded employment practice advising major UK and international employers on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. The role offers excellent exposure to complex employment work from an early stage, including tribunal litigation, investigations, restructuring and advisory matters. You will work closely with experienced lawyers while developing direct client relationships and taking increasing responsibility for your own work. Role Support and manage employment tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s and schedules of loss Advise on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE and employment status matters Support complex workplace investigations and prepare investigation reports Work on restructuring, outsourcing and organisational change projects Conduct legal research and draft commercially focused advice Attend client meetings and work directly with HR and senior business stakeholders Support client training, webinars and seminars Contribute to employment law updates, know-how and business development initiatives Work alongside colleagues on international and cross-border employment matters Candidate Requirements Multiple roles available across various experience levels ..... full job details .....
