The-role-offers-excellent-exposure-to-complex-employment-work-from-an-early-stage,-including-tribunal-litigation,-investigations,-restructuring-and-advisory-matters.-You-will-work-closely-with-experienced-lawyers-while-developing-direct-client-relationships-and-taking-increasing-responsibility-for-your-own-work.

Role

• Support-and-manage-employment-tribunal-claims,-including-drafting-ET3s-and-schedules-of-loss
• Advise-on-disciplinary,-grievance,-redundancy,-TUPE-and-employment-status-matters
• Support-complex-workplace-investigations-and-prepare-investigation-reports
• Work-on-restructuring,-outsourcing-and-organisational-change-projects
• Conduct-legal-research-and-draft-commercially-focused-advice
• Attend-client-meetings-and-work-directly-with-HR-and-senior-business-stakeholders
• Support-client-training,-webinars-and-seminars
• Contribute-to-employment-law-updates,-know-how-and-business-development-initiatives
• Work-alongside-colleagues-on-international-and-cross-border-employment-matters

Candidate-Requirements

• Multiple-roles-available-across-various-experience-levels
• Experience-advising-employers-on-contentious-and-non-contentious-employment-matters
• Exposure-to-employment-tribunal-claims-and-litigation
• Strong-drafting,-research-and-analytical-skills
• Commercial-approach-with-excellent-attention-to-detail
• Confident-communication-and-client-relationship-skills
• Proactive-and-organised-with-an-interest-in-developing-a-career-in-employment-law

The-role-is-based-in-London,-Manchester-or-Birmingham-and-offers-flexible-hybrid-working-with-3-days-in-the-office-and-2-working-from-home.-
