Build on existing relationships, with a focus on architectural and engineering practices, as well as Project Quantity Surveyors. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure information is accurate, feasible, and aligned with business objectives. Identify and target new business opportunities from both prospective and existing clients. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, aiming to secure new business. Provide regular, accurate, and timely reports on progress toward business development objectives. Proactively monitor market trends and activity, sharing insights with relevant departments to drive strategic decision-making. Handle objections and manage complaints to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
