My client is seeking a Permanent Site Manager to manage day-to-day site operations across multiple renewable and retrofit projects across Oxfordshire. Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing contractors and trades

- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

- Liaising with social housing providers, local authorities, and residents.

- Ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on budget, and within agreed timescales.

The organisation delivers energy upgrades to social housing and public sector clients:

- External Wall Insulation and Cavity Wall Insulation

- Loft and Roof Insulation

- Solar PV Systems

- Air Source Heat Pumps

- EV Charging
