Property Manager

Overview
Property Manager – Brent (Temp, Full-time). This is a full-time, office-based, temporary role for three months, with potential for extension, covering a patch across Barnet, Brent, and Camden. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality property management services, fulfil landlord obligations, and provide exceptional support to residents in multi-occupancy and self-contained dwellings.Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining property standards and compliance.Manage tenancy allocations, issue tenancy paperwork, and minimise void rental loss.Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly.Resolve customer complaints, disputes, and anti-social behaviour effectively.Monitor contractor performance and ensure service delivery meets required standards.Enforce good housekeeping and fire safety practices among residents.Maintain accurate property records and tenancy agreements.Maximise rental income through proactive arrears management and achievement of KPIs.Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar property or housing management role.Strong knowledge of housing law and relevant legislation.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and report-writing tools.Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage workload effectively.Basic DBS clearance is essential.Contract and Compensation
Temporary contract for an initial three months, with potential for extension.Full-time, 35 hours per week.Pay range: £24.50 per hour LTD company rate. PAYE equivalent £20.89 per hour, inclusive of holiday.How to Apply
