Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (hybrid role once settling period has been passed). Salary: £32000- £34000 + Commission. 12 month fixed term contract - Maternity cover.We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join our thriving Property Management Department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management and thrive working under pressure. We are looking for an energetic individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels and enjoys a fast-paced, high volume environment.Responsibilities

Embrace the Chestertons brand and core valuesProtect our Clients Asset and work in their best interestsRetain Management on the PortfolioPrioritising and troubleshooting key maintenance issues (floods, boilers, leaks and appliances)The ability to scrutinise quotes on behalf of the clientUnderstanding how to add value when sending an inspection reportNegotiate deposit deduction in a fair and efficient manner, within required timeframesUnderstanding KPI\''s required for roleUnderstand importance of leaving notes on RPS and attaching documents to letters folder consistentlyUnderstand the importance of setting and following up on tasks consistently to assist with personal management of issues, and to support colleagues in your absenceDevelop understanding of client accounts and statementsAttend Local branch and participate in their morning meeting as per rota and fulfil inspection requirementsAttend weekly 1 : 1 meetings with Senior leadership teamUnderstand roles of supporting departments including lettings, compliance, accounts and tenancy progression and when to contact themSupport others growth and development.Ensuring current portfolio is fully compliant, e.g. EICR, Gas Safety CertificateAdhere to department standardsEnsure that both Tenants and Landlords have been informed about the end of Tenancy processProviding guidance on the process of deposit dilapidationsCan work under pressure - understand where to seek support / how to escalate complaintsGood organisational and time management skillsSeek work where capacity existsSelf-awareness of knowledge gapsProvide excellent customer service in every interaction with internal colleagues and external clientsShow high engagement and willingness to learnAbout Us
