Good with customers? Know your way around a parts or service department?
We’re recruiting for a Parts / Service Advisor in Thames Ditton. This is a varied role combining customer service, workshop bookings and parts support—ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and being involved in the day-to-day running of an aftersales department.
What you’ll be doing:

Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated on progress.
-
Explaining work required, preparing estimates and gaining customer authorisation.

Identifying, ordering and supplying parts for workshop jobs and customer enquiries.
-
Liaising with technicians to help work run smoothly.
-
Keeping bookings, parts records and invoices accurate and up to date.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll have experience in an automotive parts or service department, with a friendly approach and the ability to stay organised when things get busy. Experience across both areas would be particularly useful.
