Parts / Service Advisor Thames Ditton £32,000 Basic £38,000 OTE Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 6pm, plus Saturdays on a rota, 8.30am 12.30pm. Good with customers? Know your way around a parts or service department? We re recruiting for a Parts / Service Advisor in Thames Ditton. This is a varied role combining customer service, workshop bookings and parts support ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and being involved in the day-to-day running of an aftersales department. What you ll be doing: Welcoming customers and handling enquiries over the phone and in person. Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated on progress. Explaining work required, preparing estimates and gaining customer authorisation. Identifying, ordering and supplying parts for workshop jobs and customer enquiries. Liaising with technicians to help work run smoothly. Keeping bookings, parts records and invoices accurate and up to date. What we re looking for: You ll have experience in an automotive parts or service department, with a friendly approach and the ability to stay organised when things get busy. Experience across both areas would be particularly useful. You ll be comfortable talking to customers, working with technicians and taking ownership of enquiries from start to finish.
