Want to help get a growing manufacturing operation up and running? We''re recruiting two Process Operators for a business developing more sustainable ingredients through fermentation. As production scales up, you''ll have the chance to learn new processes, contribute ideas and help shape how the plant operates. It''s an opportunity to put your practical manufacturing experience to work in a developing sector, with potential to progress towards Senior Operator or Shift Leader as the team grows. The role You''ll be hands-on across the production process, from preparing raw materials and operating equipment to monitoring batches and keeping the plant ready for its next run. Your responsibilities will include: Operating fermentation vessels, pumps, valves and associated processing equipment. Preparing and transferring raw materials and process feeds. Monitoring temperatures, pressures and process conditions using automated controls. Taking samples and maintaining accurate batch and production records. Carrying out cleaning-in-place (CIP) and maintaining hygiene standards. Spotting process deviations, investigating issues and working with engineering when needed.
