The Opportunity As a Chemical Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacture of fine chemicals, ensuring production processes are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working within a collaborative operations team, you''ll operate manufacturing equipment, follow batch processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out chemical manufacturing processes in accordance with batch sheets and operating procedures. Operate, monitor and maintain production, drying and packaging equipment. Monitor process parameters and proactively identify and resolve operational issues. Ensure full compliance with health, safety and quality standards. Complete accurate production and operational documentation. Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the site. Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to optimise production schedules and efficiency. Demonstrate flexibility to support business and production requirements when needed.
