Day-to-day of the role: Advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax mitigation. Manage probate and estate administration, including complex and cross-border estates. Draft and review lasting powers of attorney and other key legal documents. Provide guidance on Court of Protection matters and deputyship applications. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver holistic legal solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in Private Client law. Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning. STEP qualification (or working towards it) highly desirable.
