This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a well established national practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of private wealth matters. The role The Private Client team advises individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of wealth planning and succession matters. The work is varied and often involves clients with more complex affairs, giving you the opportunity to develop technically while building strong, long term client relationships. You can expect exposure to matters including: • Wills and estate planning• Trusts and lifetime planning• Probate and estate administration• Powers of Attorney• Inheritance tax planning• Succession planning and wealth preservation• Advising high net worth individuals and families The team works closely with other areas of the wider practice where appropriate, providing a broader private wealth offering to clients. About you You will ideally have around 2/3 years'' PQE and have gained solid experience within a Private Client team.
