Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive and commercially minded Estimator to join our busy team. Job Purpose As a Hotel Furniture Estimator, you will be responsible for producing highly accurate, competitive commercial bids for hospitality fit-outs. You will interpret detailed design concepts, guestroom mock-up briefs, and comprehensive FFandE schedules to calculate precise costs for large-scale production runs, bespoke joinery, and on-site installations, ensuring projects remain commercially viable and visually flawless. Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed estimates, quotations and tender submissions. Reviewing client drawings, specifications and tender documents. Calculating material, manufacturing, supply and installation costs. Liaising with sales, project managers and suppliers to clarify requirements and obtain accurate pricing.
