Conrad Consulting is working with a leading consultancy to recruit a Project Level Estimator to support the assessment and cost submission process for a major energy infrastructure project.

This is an interesting opportunity for an analytically minded individual who enjoys working with complex data, cost information and project stakeholders.

You will join an established team responsible for supporting significant project cost submissions, taking ownership of cost analysis and providing accurate, well-presented information to support project assessments.

• Take responsibility for cost estimation activities at project level.
• Support the preparation of major project assessment submissions.
• Analyse project costs, data and supporting commercial information.
• Prepare and maintain detailed cost spreadsheets and reports.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure accurate and consistent cost submissions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and validate cost information.
• Identify discrepancies, trends and potential cost risks.
• Present cost information clearly to support decision-making.

• Previous experience in estimating, cost management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and complex cost information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Salary of £50,000–£60,000.
• London or Scotland-based opportunity.
• No regular site attendance required.
• Occasional travel to client offices may be necessary.
• Opportunity to work on a major energy infrastructure programme.
