You’ll be joining Premier Heating’s busy maintenance team committed to providing a high quality service to our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and installing plumbing in a variety of properties, including many prestigious properties, around the Guildford area.

You’ll apply the skills you already have in the plumbing industry, with knowledge of new and old systems.

Applicants must have completed a successful apprenticeship, with relevant qualifications for plumbing and hot water.

Main duties to include, but not limited to:

Various plumbing repair works in domestic and commercial propertiesPlumbing installations, replacements and upgradesHot water cylinder replacements and vented to unvented system upgradesAttending planned and un-planned urgent callsWork on heating systems (not gas or oil related)Be on a rota for weekend call outs

You will need to be able to:

Work independently and with other Team members when requiredStart and complete urgent jobs as requested with minimal noticeBe willing to work overtime when required to complete urgent jobsUnderstand, deal with and resolve problems as described by the customerEnsure work is carried out efficiently and to give customer’s peace of mind

Requirements:

Plumbing NVQ Level 2 (or similar)Unvented CylindersMinimum 5 years’ experience in installation and maintenance workLive within 15 miles of GuildfordBe well presented, trustworthy and punctual
