About the Role

HomeServe are recruiting for directly employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team. As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in our customers'' homes. You will provide industry leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth.Location: ReadingEmployment type: Full-timeHours: 40 hours per week. This includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday workSalary: £38,800 – £42,950 (salary dependent upon experience). Plus a £3000 guaranteed bonus in your first yearCompany Benefits

Level 2 in Plumbing (copies of certificates must be provided if successful)1st and 2nd fix plumbing experienceExperience working as a plumber in domestic housingFull UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty pointsExcellent customer serviceProactive, can-do attitudeKeen eye for detail and problem-solving skillsTraining and Support

To help you settle into your career at HomeServe, you will undertake an extensive training programme.Week 1 – Head Office in Walsall, Monday to Friday, covering HomeServe basics, health and safety and providing your tools and equipmentWeek 2 – Paired with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing EngineerWhere geographically appropriate we will pay for your accommodation and meal allowance for your induction.The next steps
