Our client is an established property management business in Borehamwood. It manages a large portfolio of residential leasehold properties across the UK. The Building Safety team is small and collaborative, and it plays a central part in how the business protects residents and meets its obligations under the new regulatory regime. The Role You''ll provide compliance and administrative support across the portfolio, acting as the link between the Building Safety team, managing agents and internal stakeholders. Lease interpretation is a key part of the job. You''ll check where repairing and safety responsibilities sit, who is liable for works, and how obligations should be followed up. This makes the role more than a records job: it needs someone who understands both the legislation and the leases behind each building.
