About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Garment Technologist or Junior Garment Technologist to join a highly successful and growing lifestyle fashion brand.

With continued growth across a varied product offering, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and gain valuable experience working across a diverse range of products for womenswear, menswear and kidswear.

The business is open to candidates from Junior through to Mid-Level, with flexibility around product categories depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical development of garments from initial samples through to production.

• Conduct garment fittings, ensuring fit, construction and quality meet the required standards.

• Manage fit comments, measurement specifications and technical documentation.

• Coordinate garment testing and ensure products meet the necessary quality and safety requirements.

• Liaise with suppliers and factories to resolve technical queries and ensure products are developed to specification.

• Work closely with Design and Product teams to maintain product quality, fit and consistency.

• Monitor sample approvals and critical deadlines, ensuring products progress smoothly through the development process.

• Maintain accurate technical records, demonstrating strong attention to detail throughout.

About You

• Previous experience in garment technology within an apparel brand or supplier.

• Experience with garment fittings, measurements and testing.

• Strong technical knowledge and an excellent eye for detail.

• A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and work independently.

• A collaborative personality, with the ability to build strong relationships across a close-knit team.

• Adaptable and comfortable working across a varied product range, with flexibility around category experience.
