Working collaboratively within the project team, you''ll be responsible for delegated works packages, ensuring they are successfully delivered to the highest standards.The project is a major life research and development facility worth over 200m (MEP).What will you be responsible for? Reviewing designs with design teams and clients to ensure they are optimised for efficient and safe construction, fully compliant with standards and contract requirements Managing robust change control and identifying risk and opportunity throughout the project lifecycle Implementing and managing quality control procedures in line with Standards, ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with UK law Providing leadership for project team members within your area of control, setting clear expectations and offering guidance to maximise team performance Ensuring the successful completion of projects in line with agreed quality and commercial plans, meeting targets within agreed timescales and cost constraintsWhat are we looking for?
