Senior Mechanical Project ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: 100,000 - 115,000The OpportunityA leading Tier 1 building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of prestigious commercial construction projects across London.The business has a strong presence within the building services sector and is involved in delivering high-value developments, with a particular focus on major commercial fit-out and shell and core projects.This is a senior appointment offering responsibility for overseeing mechanical project delivery, managing project teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and principal contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to final handover.Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors.Oversee project budgets, commercial performance and cost control.Ensure mechanical installations are delivered in line with programme and project specifications.Coordinate design development, procurement, installation and commissioning.Manage client relationships and attend senior project meetings.Identify and manage commercial risks, variations and change control.Monitor project progress and implement solutions to maintain delivery targets.Ensure high standards of quality, health and safety throughout project delivery.What We''re Looking ForExtensive experience ..... full job details .....
