Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with behavioural, emotional, and additional learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, independence, confidence, and social development.
• Support students in managing challenging emotions and situations through positive behaviour management and de-escalation strategies.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students, providing encouragement, reassurance, and clear boundaries.

• Excellent communication skills: Able to build effective relationships with students, colleagues, parents/carers, and other professionals.
