Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our client''s team in Coventry on a permanent basis.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Service, Order Processing or Supply Chain who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Process customer orders accurately using ERP systems (SAP).Manage customer enquiries, order confirmations and complaints.Act as the main point of contact for customer queries.Maintain accurate order, delivery, stock and credit documentation.Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, Transport and Sales teams.Prioritise workloads to maintain customer service levels.Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements.About You:Minimum 2 years'' experience in Customer Service, Order Processing or Supply Chain.Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.A proactive, customer-focused approach.Salary and Benefits: 28,000 per annum.25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (bank holidays worked accrued as time off in lieu).Pension in line with statutory requirements.Company sick pay (following probation).Retail discount scheme.Cycle to Work Scheme / Techscheme.Long Service Awards and GEM Employee Recognition Programme.Employee Assistance Programme.4x Death in ..... full job details .....
