This is a hands-on role combining logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and coordination with field teams to ensure equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging inbound and outbound shipments across the UKMonitoring stock levels and identifying shortages or surplusesCoordinating deliveries to engineers and customer sitesMaintaining accurate inventory records and stock reconciliationsBooking and tracking couriers and hauliersSupporting import, customs and supplier liaison activitiesCoordinating warehouse and repair technician workloadsReporting on stock accuracy and operational KPIsAssisting with warehouse process improvementsSupporting day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatchRequirements? 2+ years'' experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or inventory coordination ? Strong stock control and inventory management experience ? Experience booking and tracking shipments ? Confident using spreadsheets and inventory systems ? Excellent organisational and communication skills ? Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment ?
