Senior Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Construction ContractorWe are working with an established specialist construction contractor operating as part of a wider UK construction group, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a growing portfolio of projects.The business specialises in fa ade construction, building envelope solutions, cladding remediation, fire safety works and sustainable retrofit projects. They are looking for a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of project commercial management, working closely with operational teams, clients and specialist supply chain partners.Your Day-To-Day Duties:Taking responsibility for the commercial management of allocated projects from procurement through to final account.Managing specialist subcontract packages, including fa ade systems, cladding, glazing and associated remediation works.Preparing and submitting interim valuations, applications for payment and variations.Producing monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.Managing subcontract procurement, tender analysis, negotiations and placing of orders.Administering main contract and subcontract agreements, ensuring contractual obligations are met.Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Negotiating subcontractor variations, applications, claims and final accounts.Working closely with ..... full job details .....
