Senior Quantity Surveyor role - Heavy Civils and Utilities SSA are currently recruiting for a leading heavy civils and utilities contractor whop are are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on projects valued between 10m- 50m under NEC contracts. They work across the UK on various projects within civil infrastructure including tunnelling, wastewater, gas, pipelines, renewables, and other schemes. Duties will involve: Production of accurate project cost reporting, commercial dashboards and project cost forecast Identification and evaluation of commercial risks and opportunities for improved performance Subcontract evaluation and management Assist in the production of accurate and timely Cost Value Reports Provide commercial support to all ongoing Project and Commercial reviews Assisting with valuations Building relationships with clients and other key stakeholders Assisting in the development on junior members of staff They are able to offer a highly competitive salary and package for the role, further training and progression opportunities, as well as the chance to work internationally in the future should this be desired.
