Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, supporting key decision-making processes.Coordinate and lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the organisation.Ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective financial controls and policies.Support the preparation and presentation of financial statements to internal and external stakeholders.Oversee cash flow management and working capital requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and systems.Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Group Financial Controller should have:A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams effectively.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to the role.What''s on Offer
