Facilities Engineer / ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Engineer / Manager to join our Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of site facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and contractor management within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing maintenance strategies, ensuring the reliability of critical building services, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure operational excellence across all facilities and utility systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, coordinate, and manage planned preventative maintenance activities through the CMMS system.Ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of site facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and associated plant equipment.Manage all aspects of contractor control, including inductions, permits to work, risk assessments, method statements, and performance reviews.Lead facilities-related projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Develop and manage the annual Facilities Engineering budget and support delivery of the site''s Annual Operating Plan.Raise purchase orders through SAP and manage expenditure effectively.Identify, source, and maintain critical spare parts to support business ..... full job details .....
