Manufacturing operative -Basingstoke RG24 Shifts: Monday to Friday, rotating between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 Contract Type: 3 month temporary Full-Time Hourly Rate: 13.79 We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Manufacturing Operative to join their dynamic and fast-paced production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the manufacturing process in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction Documents, and technical blueprints/drawings.This role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork, multitasking, and clear communication are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do?Follows Manufacturing SOPs.Completes Production Floor paperwork, including SOPs as required by the Quality System. Records information such as weight, time and date packaged.Starts, stops, and supervises speed of conveyorsAssists with validation of equipmentReads and understands work orders to successfully set up material on production line, and verify and count the amounts required as per work order.Inspects material, products and containers at each set up of production process.Inserts or pours product into containers or fills from spout or chute.Obtains and sort product.Wraps protective material around product.Weighs containers and adjusts quantity.Closes and seals containers.Labels containers, container tags, or products.Sorts bundles or filled containers.
