Manufacturing Operator Location: Basingstoke Shifts: Rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Pay: 13.79 per hourThe Manufacturing Operator II supports daily production by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role involves working on a production line, completing paperwork, operating equipment, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all SOPs, safety rules, and quality standardsSet up materials and equipment based on work ordersOperate and monitor conveyor and packaging equipmentFill, weigh, label, seal, and pack productsInspect materials and products for qualityComplete production paperwork accuratelyPerform line clearance (cleaning, reconciling materials)Keep work areas clean and follow all GMP and ISO requirementsRequirementsSecondary education or equivalentExperience in manufacturing or laboratory environments (preferred)Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAble to work in a fast-paced team environmentComfortable standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using hand toolsMust follow PPE rules (safety boots, safety glasses, no jewellery/makeup)Other InformationMay require training on a different shiftPossibility of extension or conversion depending on business needsStandard background check requiredPre-screening: confirm any allergies to antibioticsApply now and a member of our team will be in touch!
