This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and organised pastry chef to lead a small, focused team delivering high-quality products across a range of outlets.About the role:Leading a team of two within the pastry sectionProducing cakes, desserts, and baked goods for two coffee bars, a staff restaurant, and hospitality kitchensReporting into the Executive Head Chef and supporting with menu developmentManaging and mentoring a Chef de Partie in pastryMaintaining consistency, quality and excellent food presentationSupporting innovation and seasonal menu planningAbout you:
