We''re recruiting for an Account Director to take ownership of a major retailer account for a leading client services organisation.In this high-impact role, you''ll be responsible for the commercial success and smooth delivery of services to a key client. You''ll work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure excellence in delivery, while driving innovation and maintaining strong client relationships.What You''ll Be Doing Leading and developing a key retailer account, taking full commercial responsibility Managing all aspects of service delivery to ensure client satisfaction Handling commercial negotiations for existing and new services Running weekly update meetings and monthly governance reporting with the client Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders Identifying growth opportunities and delivering against commercial targets Representing the business at a senior level and acting as a key point of contact Collaborating with internal teams and regulatory experts to deliver resultsWhat We''re Looking For Proven experience in a client-facing commercial role, ideally with major retailers Strong understanding of FMCG or food retail environments
